Iron Ore Project
Advanced, high-grade joint venture
- Gold Valley acquired the entire Wiluna West Iron Ore project in 2024.
- Gold Valley has been operating this project since 2022.
- The Wiluna West Iron Ore Project, is an exceptional, DSO iron ore development project.
- The project has a 2004 JORC Code compliant Resource totalling 130.3 million tonnes at an average iron grade of 60% Fe.

C4 Iron Ore Project
Flagship DSO operation
- The project deposits are located 750km east of Geraldton Port.
- Mineral resource estimate of 21.6 million tonnes at 60.7% Fe.
- The C4 deposit is 1.4 km long.
- PRG provides mining services.
- GV entered into offtake agreement with Glencore for 100% of C4 product.
Yarram Iron
Ore Project
Advanced, high-grade joint venture
- The project deposits are located approximately 110km from Darwin Port in the Northern Territory and adjacent to existing underutilized mining infrastructure.
- Based on the previous drilling information, determined an exploration target of 4Mt to 6Mt with grade 60%Fe and 7Mt with grade of 55% Fe.
- Target production 1.2Mtpa.
- We own an interest in Yarram.
Speedway Magnetite
Project
High-grade DSO operation
- The project deposits are located approximately 160km north of Southern Cross.
- Inferred Mineral Resource of 124 million tons at 25.35% Fe using a cut-off grade of 20% Fe.
- Product Specifications Fe 69%, SiO2 2.5%.
Local access to roads and rail line infrastructure. - We own an interest in Speedway.
Hampshire Project
Blythe River Iron Pty Ltd
- The project is located northwest of Tasmania.
- Only 35km to Burnie port by sealed road.
Predominantly forestry and private land. - Magnetite skarn deposits.
- Potential for magnetite, tungsten, tin, molybdenum and other commodities.
