Blue Hills is a high-grade haematite operation, located about 220km south-east of Geraldton in WA’s Mid West, about 84 km to the east of Morawa and 10km east of Karara Mining Limited’s Mine site.
PRG commenced drill & blast, mining, crushing and haulage operations for Blue Hills in May 2023.
Current annual production: 750kt.
The project has a circa one-year mine life and is focused on mining historical pits.
The direct shipping ore (DSO) operation utilises the Geraldton port.
