Gold Valley Energy signs MOU with ENN Ecological – More substantial progress on KLNG

Gold Valley Energy is pleased to announce that a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed with ENN Ecological Holdings Co. Ltd (600803.SH) for a major investment in Gold Valley Energy’s Kittyhawk Micro LNG Project to be built on the outskirts of Darwin in Northern Australia.  The Chief Minister of the Northern Territory, the Honourable Michael Gunner MLA witnessed the MOU signing at the ‘Reaching South’ trade and investment event in Shenzhen, China on 24 October 2019.

The MOU is a significant milestone in the micro LNG Project and potentially brings on-board a significant, leading gas and LNG fabrication, distribution and transport company with experience in micro LNG.  Combined with GVE’s creativity, LNG engineering, commercial, local market and stakeholder knowledge it is a winning combination.

The $100 million project has the potential to deliver cheaper and cleaner energy to remote energy users, energise the NT’s remote industries and directly create up to 100 jobs during the construction phases and around 40 ongoing jobs for 20 years once operational.
